Hunza Restaurant Sealed For Allegedly Denying Discount To Assistant Commissioner Reopens After Protests

A restaurant in Hunza, Yakgrill, that was sealed allegedly after the owner refused to give a discount to Assistant Commissioner (AC) Gojal has reopened amid protests by the locals against the authorities.

The owners of the restaurant had earlier claimed that AC Gojal Rao Rafy Afzal has illegally sealed Yakgrill restaurant in Passu, Gojal, Hunza due to the restaurant not providing discounts to the administration.
“We will challenge this in court to restore our operation as soon as possible.
Our restaurant will remain closed till further notice”.

Locals protested against the move and demanded that the AC Gojal be transferred and a First Information Report (FIR) against the owner be immediately withdrawn.
