A man has died allegedly due to torture in the custody of Kot Ghulam Mohammad Mirpurkhas Police, according to the locals.
The victim identified as Dado Khoso was charged under Section 3 and Section 4 of Prohibition Order 1979. However, he was granted bail by a court.

Following his release, he was allegedly again picked up by the Kot Ghulam Mohammad Mirpurkas Police. He died two days later in police custody due to alleged torture in custody.
Dado Khoso was accused of 3 and 4 sec of prohibition order 1979 by S.H.O Haq Nawaz Junejo in Taluka Kot Ghulam Muhammad. However, he was granted bail by the court. Following his release, he was again picked and SHO filed some fabricated cases . 3/N

He was subjected to torture for several hours by police in police custody . Later, He was then transferred to the district jail, where the authorities demanded money in exchange for not torturing him further. 4/N
